Creating charts and models showing the sugar content of drinks and food products. The aim of the workshop is to determine the sugar content of food and beverages by using glucose test strips. Students will learn to read product labels and prepare models of sugar content. They will learn about sugar substitutes and their advantages and disadvantages.
