Keep fit with water activities

The summer months are ideal for water activities, as they offer refreshment and movement in the fresh air. Movement in water is possible in the sea, lake, pool, river or even in the domestic bath. This type of movement can be water aerobics or water sports where different muscles of our body are strengthened. In addition to strengthening, water also relaxes muscles, which has a beneficial effect on our body. In any case, movement in the water for younger people must be supervised by parents or older persons.
